Pollinator Garden/ Greenhouse Reconstruction

June 01, 2019

We created this project to get the students more aware of the environment. We chose the pollinator garden because we have open space on the roof and a greenhouse that has not been used for years. On December 1st we set up shop and assembled 3 planter boxes for this project.

This will also serve as an outside classroom for students. Once the garden/gardens are in full bloom the students can go and explore the different gardens.

We want the students to have a better understanding of the environment. We wanted to give them a more hands on approach to science.
