October 17, 2017

On-site Project Lead: Mary Sweeney.

Born from a cohort of 7 teachers at a MN Green Schools Roundtable Event, this citizen science projects has grown to 18 data sharing projects across Minnesota. Teachers and students plant tulips and report their observations, like first bloom, as part of Journey North. Among the MN cohort the teachers will work together to deliver impactful curriculum around the students' observations. The cross cutting implications of this simple experiments can directly address complex issues like climate change for both the very advanced and early learners.
