More impact of project

We focused on beautifying our building. We are the oldest building in the district, the Primary School is over 60 years old. We were LEED certified in 2014 and received the award as a Green Ribbon School. We also promoted the unique characteristics of each of our students by having them paint a rock for our rock mural. We used the book, Only One You, with our students to model and celebrate our diversity. In addition, we painted our playground, cleaned our butterfly garden and cleaned up our walking trail. It was a great day for our students and school community!
